How Much Does a Cat Cost per Month?

How much a cat costs mainly depends on its breed, size and health.

A cat brings so much joy to family life, but there are a few things you should keep in mind before buying or adopting. For example, can you afford to look after a cat?

When you’re clear about what costs there may be in advance, you’ll save yourself a lot of stress and save your cat from the pound. A cat lives to around 12 to 15 years old, or even more if it’s cared for well. Cats become members of the family, and hate being separated from their loved ones just as much as we do.

First of all, there is the purchase price. Purebred cats are, of course, more expensive than a regular house cat. And then you have monthly and yearly costs.
